FAQs

  • All customers must provide physical ID prior to entry to prove they are at least 18 years old. (NB: current or up to 6 months expired will be accepted).

  • We’ve all been there! Please email our team at lost@ntloft.co.uk

    All emails regarding lost items will be dealt with every Tuesday. If we have confirmed possession of your item, collections can be made during these times: Wednesdays 5pm - 9pm, Fridays 5pm - 9pm, Saturdays: 5pm - 9pm.

  • If you would like to request a refund, or have any ticket queries, please contact your ticket provider. DICE ticket holders should contact help@dice.fm and RA ticket holders should contact https://support.ra.co/article/68-i-want-a-refund

  • Yes, both!

  • Yes we do! Every Friday and Saturday.

  • Wednesdays: 6pm - 12am
    Fridays: 5pm - 2:30am
    Saturdays: 5pm - 2:30am

    We are sometimes open on other days for Bank Holidays or special events where table/area and ticket bookings will be open.

  • NT’s Loft is located on the second floor of Netil House, just a short walk from London Fields.

    Access is via Netil Lane, in Hackney, East London, E8.

  • This totally depends on whether you have a booking or not, and also what time you want to enter. Everyone in the venue before 9pm gets free entry to our club events (Fridays and Saturdays)! If you arrive after 9pm, you will need to have a ticket. You can purchase them here.

    For Jazz Wednesdays, it’s a little different, so check here for more information.

    Walk-ins will be charged on the door as normal if we have capacity to let you in!

    For Bank Holidays and Special Events, we would announce more information on our socials, so it’s always best to check there!

  • This totally depends on the night! We play everything, including house, disco, tech etc - check out ‘What's On’ for more information.

  • We encourage all our guests to dress in whatever way they like! We don’t recommend flip flops or sandals, but it’s entirely up to you.

  • The closest stations are:

    • London Fields Station (Overground - Weaver Line) - approx. 3-minute walk

    • Bethnal Green Station (Central Line) - approx. 10-minute walk

  • There is nearby pay by phone parking available if you need to drive to us.

  • If you think your music is the next big thing, please send us a request here.

  • Yes, we have security to keep both our customers and staff safe. After 10pm, we operate a ‘pat down’ and bag search upon entry. Please be aware we do not permit any liquids into the venue, and we retain the right to refuse entry to any customer, at any time, in accordance with UK Licensing Laws.

  • Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue.

  • Yes, although prior approval is required.

  • NT’s Loft is an 18+ venue, and operates a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic ID is required upon entry.

  • Unfortunately not, NT’s Loft is a fully cashless venue. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including:

    • American Express

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay
